                               RESOLUTION NO. 18723
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TENNESSEE
                   DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S PROPOSAL
                   RELATIVE TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BRIDGE
                   OVER CHICKAMAUGA CREEK ON BRAINERD ROAD.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of a proposal by the State of Tennessee, Department of 

       Transportation, relative to the replacement of the bridge over
       Chickamauga Creek on Brainerd Road, Federal Project No. HES-2
       (15), State Project No. 33011-1234-94.
